terms of service
1. By commissioning me, you accept the terms of service that I’ve provided.2. Payment must always be upfront. I will not work on your commission until I get paid.3. No refunds or holds. The client cannot request refunds.4. Changes to the commission must be made in the sketching phase. Changes after the sketching phase will cost extra due to slowing down the process.5. You cannot use my artwork for commercial use. However, reposting onto other platforms or using it for thumbnails and other content is allowed as long as you credit me.6. Rude/disrespectful clients will get blocked for an indeterminate amount of time. Attempting to contact me on a different account will result in being blacklisted.7. I can turn down a commission for any reason. I will not draw anything that is within my “won’t do” list, or draw anything that I am uncomfortable drawing.8. If your commission is needed by a certain deadline, you must pay extra and let me know before I accept the commission.9. No one is allowed to use my art for NFT or AI purposes.10. If you break any of these rules, your commission is subject to be cancelled, or worse, you being blocked/blacklisted.
